These projects span from a series of high-end boutique coffee shops in Westchester and Fairfield Counties, to ConEdison’s Corporate Headquarters in NYC, and Distribution Centers in the NY Metropolitan Area. Office interiors for the MTA and the Office of General Services combine modern office design and layout with historic features; and incorporate sustainable features where possible. The firm´s new studio building in Long Island City acts as a living laboratory for environmentally-responsible design. dD+P is interested in working with clients to develop designs that offer improved work environments and enhance the building development process.
