For the past 27 years, di Domenico + Partners has been actively involved in the renovation and adaptive reuse of building structures in the New York region and beyond. dD+P is committed to the importance of public places, and we have restored and preserved buildings, interiors and plazas with careful research and detailing. Our restoration of public places is often infused with Public Art installations which bring vitality to the place by juxtaposing the old with the new. Our work is respectful of the past while investigating fresh approaches to materials and changing program needs and uses. dD+P has successfully renovated and adapted various types of buildings including offices, educational facilities, maintenance facilities, police and security centers, and retail and commercial projects.
