Office of General Services NYS Parole Offices dD+P provided design services for the Department of Parole office and facility/holding spaces on the first, second and fifth floors of the historic Piano building located at 26 Bruckner Boulevard at Alexander Avenue. Design requirements for the adaptive use of the 45,000 SF warehouse included upgrading all existing building systems including heatiing, cooling, fire protection, and state-of-the-art telecommunications and security. The dD+P team is also investigated all code compliance issues including handicapped accessibility, fire rating, egress requirements, and energy efficiency.
