di Domenico + Partners has completed over 100 projects in the design and construction of new transit facilities and the renovation of existing ones. The breadth of the firm's experience includes train/subway stations, intermodal plazas, substations, bus depots, maintenance facilities, workplaces, security, and historic preservation. dD+P's approach is centered upon balancing the need to create memorable spaces that support low maintenance, permanent, safe and secure operations without interruption. The firm is well versed in state codes, NFPA requirements and strives to incorporate sustainable design in each of its projects guided by LEED and ISO 14000 standards. This is most recently epitomized by the firm's design of the first "green" bus facility of its kind, the Grand Avenue Bus Depot and Central Maintenance Facility for the MTA.
