To that end, dD+P supports LEED design criteria by encouraging the continuing education of design staff in the review and implementation of LEED design criteria and performance standards on applicable projects. This emphasis allows dD+P to create high performance designs that are more environmentally and economically viable for each specific project and client dD+P recognizes the value LEED design criteria can bring to a project, both through a low impact on its occupants and the environment, and through a positive economic impact over a building's lifecycle. We encourage our design teams to use a holistic approach, measuring progress through the integration of sustainable design from project start to finish. This year, LEED accredited professionals now account for 1/4 of dD+P staff.
