White Plains Rail Station Retail Design Guidelines and Lobby Renovation di Domenico + Partners has been retained by MTA Real Estate to provide architectural design services to redesign the lobby and two existing retail storefronts at the Metro-North Railroad White Plains Station Building. dD+P's design intent will be to maximize the use of available space, create an orderly and cohesive look for both existing and future retailers, increase the marketibility of vending operation, and generally increase the design aesthetic of the Station Lobby space. The design will address the existing and potential use of contiguous spaces, tenant signage, and identity branding opportunities.
