Tiffany Gardens The South East Bronx Community Organization (SEBCO) has been an advocate and supporter of community development in the South Bronx. They have provided low to middle income housing for the working and senior members of the area for over 30 years. dD+P was requested to design a landscape garden on the 150' x 100' vacant lot adjacent to their newly proposed Tiffany Apartments. SEBCO desired a landscaped and paved open space with minimal programing -flexible for future change. The design focused on providing a traditional garden layout, with plant beds, shade trees and seasonal color. The park benches and brick pavement added classic amenities to the well-landscaped garden. The highlight of the garden is the granite Wall of Friends inscribed with the names of community members.
