Senior Associate
Mr. Liu brings over 8 years of expertise in the design, coordination and management of transportation, civic, academic, and residential facilities. He is well-versed in the complex issues inherent with the design, restoration, and adaptive reuse of structures. His role as both a designer and project manager contribute to his effectiveness in all phases of the design process – from conceptual design to construction management – while being attuned to preserving design integrity. Several of his projects have received accolades from the architectural community. Mr. Liu is currently working on the Atlantic Avenue Terminal Complex for the LIRR and NYC Transit and the rehabilitation of Cornell University's Fernow and Rice Halls.
