di Domenico + Partners is proud to announce the promotions of three key studio members: Tilman Globig, AIA, LEED AP to Associate Principal; Adam Mercier, AIA, LEED AP to Senior Associate; and Alyssa Topinka, AIA to Associate. Alongside founding Principals John di Domenico, AIA, LEED AP and Andrew Berger, AIA, ASLA, they join the ranks of dD+P's growing leadership roster for the firm's architecture, landscape architecture and urban design studio.

Tilman Globig, AIA, LEED AP joined dD+P in 2013 and brings with him experience in planning, design, and project management on numerous building projects from schematic design through construction administration. Tilman's work is grounded in the belief that craft plays a strong role in the creation of enduring architecture. As an Associate Principal, he serves as Project Architect and Technical Advisor on projects of all scales and has particular expertise with public agencies, public/private partnerships and higher education clients. Tilman is a LEED Accredited Professional, an active participant in business development, and a mentor for younger staff at the firm.

Adam Mercier, AIA, LEED AP brings expertise in design, coordination, and sustainability for the firm's portfolio of transportation, education, and historic rehabilitation projects. In addition to providing sophisticated visualizations and models for presentations to clients, he possesses in-depth experience in design, delivery, and managing the construction administration process. As Technical Director for the studio's Green Team, he assists clients to define and achieve their sustainable certification goals and is passionate about project opportunities where sustainability has the greatest potential to be a catalyst.

Alyssa Topinka, AIA has a range of work experience that includes private and public schools, as well as residential work. Since beginning her tenure with dD+P, Alyssa has been assisting in the management of the firm's restoration, flood mitigation, and exhibit coordination for the New York Aquarium in Coney Island. Alyssa is Chair of dD+P's ACE mentorship program for high school students, and is an active member of the firm's Green Team. Her approach to architecture concentrates on the architect's unique involvement in a project from conceptual design through construction while collaborating with clients to solve problems in efficient, yet beautiful ways.
